    Good to know in Saskatchewan

    There's no limit on the amount. The first increase can't start until 18 months after the tenancy began, and later ones 12 months apart.

    Members of the Saskatchewan Landlord Association or the Network of Non-Profit Housing Providers need only 6 months' notice, and their increases can be 6 months apart (12 months after the tenancy began). This calculator uses the standard 12 months.

    A notice that gives too early a date takes effect on the earliest date that's allowed.
